Divided City_TeCHO
The main concern of TECHO, a Chilean NGO, is housing. But housing it is beyond having a house. It is also access to basic public equipments like energy, water, sewer and transport.
To make explicit the existence of this bubbles of social desert, we went to the boroughs’ borders. In such places, there is no doubts that the cities are divided.
